What is Work-Rite?
Work-Rite is a learning program which aims to boost individual well-being, improve quality of work / life experience, whilst creating workforce conditions based on achievement and connection.
Why do I have to answer questions before I start the program?
Work-Rite measures your progress along the way, to do this, we need to take a measure of your starting point so we can measure ongoing progress. The questions you will be asked to answer before you start accessing the learning content, tell us a little about your workplace experience which provides us with your starting point to measure the change and what you have created over time. After the first month of completing your learning content, you will be able to see progress made since answering the questions prior to commencing your learning program.
Are my responses confidential?
Yes - all responses remain anonymous, only aggregated data will be used for analysis and reporting. Comments will be reported anonymously and will be visible based on which team or site you have been allocated. Whilst comments will remain anonymous, please be mindful that staff will be reding the comments so make sure they are helpful in nature and not harmful to anyone who chooses to read the comments.
What happens after I answer the questions?
Once you have answered the questions when you first join the Appellon Work-Rite Program, you will then be taken to your own personal learning page where you can access and complete your learning modules. If you are a new starter in the organisation, you will see some foundation modules that need to be completed. These foundation modules help you to understand the program and bring you up to date with the program aims and objectives. The program will be easier to understand if you make sure you complete your foundational modules before you move on to the new learning modules being delivered to all staff across your organisation.
How can we improve our results?
Connect & Share Insights: The magic of improvement lies in working collectively. Take this opportunity to connect with your team members and discuss the learnings in the content provided. Share your thoughts, listen to other staff members insights, and brainstorm ideas in terms of how you might apply the learning content to boost wellbeing and performance?
Living The Work-Rite Behaviours: The four behaviours published on your dashboard, if applied, will create a common set of behaviours that will support you and your team members understanding of how to work collectively together using a set of common behaviours for all staff. The more you discuss, apply the four behaviours and showcase the impact of applying the behaviours, the more you will boost your own personal wellbeing and create a workplace culture based on achievement and connection.
Small Steps, Big Impact: Improvement doesn't always mean giant leaps. Small, consistent efforts can lead to remarkable transformations. Start with identifying one thing you would like to improve and have all team members work collectively to achieve this goal Remember, it's the collective sum of these efforts that fuels your progress and wellbeing!
