Step 1: Navigate to the "Members" section of the dashboard.
- Access the dashboard using your login credentials.
- Locate and click on the "Members" section/tab.
- Click the 'Delete' button.
Step 2: CSV Download
- Download the CSV Template:
- Click the provided link to download the CSV template.
- Save the Template on Your Device:
- Store the template file on your local device.
Step 3: Removing Members
- Locate the downloaded CSV file on your device.
- Open the CSV template and enter the email addresses you wish to remove.
- Open the file using a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Find the column for email addresses and enter the email addresses you want to remove in separate columns.
Step 4: Uploading CSV
- Save the changes made to the CSV file
- Upload the CSV file
- Return to the dashboard or the relevant section where you can manage members.
- Look for an option to upload or import the CSV file.
- Click on the upload CSV option and select the updated CSV file from your device.
Congratulations! You have successfully deleted the specified members from the system. You can now proceed with other tasks or log out of the dashboard.
